2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostalia (Spain). When you visit the pages, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Data is stored only as long as necessary for that purpose.

3. Contact and contact form

If you write to me through the contact form, by email or by phone, I process your details (name, email address, optionally phone number, message) to answer your request. Form enquiries are sent to me by email and also stored in this website’s database. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I delete the data when it is no longer needed for its purpose and no legal retention duties apply. By submitting the form you confirm that you have read this privacy policy.

4. Consent and cookies

Non-essential services (statistics and marketing) are only loaded after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Legal basis: § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5. Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit)

With your consent I use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how the website is used. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).

6. Meta Pixel

With your consent I use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, to measure and optimise advertising. Data may be transferred to Meta in the USA. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).

7. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are loaded from my own server, not from Google. No data is transferred to Google when you visit.

8. Google Maps

Maps from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) are only loaded after your consent. Your IP address is then transferred to Google.

9. Links to social networks

This website contains links to Instagram. These are plain links, not plugins: data is only transferred when you click the link and visit the provider’s site.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to hola@barbaph.es.
